BY PERSONAL CALL AT YOUR SURGERY
Our reception teams will help with your repeat prescription needs.

The pharmacy will have your prescription details on record and will dispense the medication in accordance with your instructions.
ONLINE USING THE PATIENT ACCESS FACILITY
You will need to 'sign in' to use this service. Simply complete the appropriate repeat prescription section and collect the prescription as arranged. To use this facility a patient must be registered for Patient Access by the surgery and will have been given a personal identification number.
